Our Strength & Balance class with Gina M. will help you create that strong foundation for balance and stability as you become confident in the way your body moves. Our instructor will take you through a series of strengthening moves that will challenge your coordination, increase your postural awareness, and help you to move with ease in & out of class thus decreasing your fall risk.
