Meditation & Sound Healing
In this class with Allison G., we will bring the body and mind to a completely relaxed state, activating the “rest and digest” nervous system – the parasympathetic nervous system. With the assistance of sound healing, we will calm the mind and body, and we will become ultimately ready, tranquil, at peace, and calm for anything that may come our way. This class can be done seated or on the mat.
