Have you ever wondered what “sugar” really is? Most of us don’t realize how much sugar is in the foods we eat and drink every day. We’re offering a one-hour webinar to discuss sugar, and how we can start kicking our sugar habit!

During this workshop, you will learn:

  • What is sugar?
    • Natural sugars
    • Added sugars
  • Where do we find sugar?
  • Why do we crave sugar?
  • What does sugar do to our bodies?
    • Inflammation
    • Heart health
    • Bloat
    • Weight gain
  • How to start a food journal and use it as motivation going forward
  • Q&A

After this one-hour introductory session, we will offer several additional, more in-depth workshops delving deeper into sugar.
