Adaptive Martial Arts

This class integrates Qigong and T’ai Chi along with kickboxing and other martial arts inspired movements to give you a taste of the benefits that practicing martial arts can bring. Beginners and de-conditioned individuals will also improve strength and endurance. This class may be done standing or seated.

She has been certified in multiple exercise disciplines including Senior Exercise and an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist Certification through ACE Fitness. Teri is excited to join the Alive, Fit and Free Community and reach more people to help them increase their fitness and improve their activities of daily living.
