Meditation & Mindfulness
In this class, we will bring the body and mind to a completely relaxed state, activating the rest and digest nervous system – the parasympathetic nervous system. We will calm the mind and body, and we will become ultimately ready, tranquil, at peace and calm for anything that may come our way.
This class can be done seated or on the mat.
