LIIT: Low Impact Interval Training is just like HIIT but better on the joints!
This workout is for those who want a challenge but want less impact. We will work in intervals of work to rest. We will build muscle mass and tone your body, burn calories, improve bone density, and increase endurance.
A variety of exercises are done to challenge your brain and your body. Options are given for you to increase/decrease your intensity. All you need is space to move and an optional set of dumbbells.
