In this fun interval bootcamp, we will tone our muscles and strengthen our heart and cardiovascular system. Everybody is welcome to join. Do the exercises at your own pace and work your body at your fitness level. No equipment needed!

Christine Stein is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Body & Mind Instructor, with over 27 years of experience in the Fitness & Wellness Industry. Originally from Germany and now living in Puerto Rico for over 15 years, she has a deep understanding of different cultures and brings this unique insight to create an environment of health and wellness that delights her clients. She loves creating, is an enthusiastic traveler, and enjoys daily walks on the beach with her dog Sammy, who has become a star in a number of her wellbeing videos featuring the value of pets to control our stress and enhance our lives.
