In this tour with Zambian hosts Bonde and Salima, we experience authentic African life as we learn how to cook Zambia’s most common traditional dish, nshima. Bonde tells us about Zambian culture, while Salima cooks up traditional dishes and they both show us how meals are eaten in Zambia.
