What is the 5 Day Fitness Challenge?
Access classes led by some of leading active aging fitness experts in the country, certified by top institutions.
5 days of pre-scheduled classes that are perfect for those just starting their fitness journey.
You will learn the foundations of fitness, then move on to try out strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility classes!
Our classes are tailored to YOUR abilities and can be done seated, standing, or supported.

Vickie Aigner
Vickie is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Life Coach and Master Trainer, and certified Naam 5 instructor. She is also the founder of Alive, Fit & Free and is passionate about using fitness to age well.
Gina Moussa
Gina is a SWIHA certified yoga instructor and aqua aerobics instructor and is passionate about helping people find mental and physical health both off and on the mat.
Christine Stein
Christine is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Body & Mind Instructor, with over 27 years of experience in the Fitness & Wellness Industry.
