Rejuvenate Your Mind & Body
This class teaches the mind and body to work together seamlessly, building new positive neuropathways and increasing neuroplasticity in the brain. We integrate techniques from the Mini-Mental State Exam, increasing your proprioception, balance, and reaction time to decrease falls and help keep you nimble throughout the day. We will retrain our thought processes to do tasks that we do not normally do in our regular activities, ultimately building positive neuroplasticity. We will teach the mind and body to work together in case of an emergency, and take proactive steps to reduce memory loss as we age.
This is a great class for all levels and can be done seated or standing.
