Adaptive Mat & Chair Pilates

The main focus of Pilates is building core strength and muscle balance, practicing proper breathing, and supporting good spinal alignment. These factors are key to living an independent, pain-free lifestyle. In this class, we will practice Pilates on the mat or in the chair, all moves are adaptable. It is a total body work-out using no weights or equipment other than your yoga mat or chair. Modifications are given for beginner to intermediate levels.

She has been certified in multiple exercise disciplines including Senior Exercise and an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist Certification through ACE Fitness. Teri is excited to join the Alive, Fit and Free Community and reach more people to help them increase their fitness and improve their activities of daily living.
