Free Fitness Class for All Abilities – Live in the Park
This class is a part of a series of classes that will be held every Saturday at 9am at Dobson Ranch Park in Mesa, AZ until the end of November. Classes are completely FREE to attend!
We are hosting fun exercise classes for any age or ability that can be done seated, standing, or supported. Classes will include cardio, strength training, and balance and flexibility. Some of our signature classes include Energy Up, Naam 5, Strength Training, and Pilates, just to name a few.
Our instructors are all certified fitness professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in the field of fitness and wellness. We are passionate about making fitness accessible for all and are experts in fitness for aging well.
If you’d prefer to do the class seated, please bring a folding chair with you that you can use as there are limited seats available at the park. Otherwise, please bring a mat with you. Bring some water to stay hydrated throughout the class. We also advise bringing a hat and some sunscreen.
