Energy Up Adaptive Fitness Class – Episode 3

Our energy up yoga system is a specialized combination of moves drawing from Naam 5, which comes from Naam Yoga, and regular yoga and aerobic moves. It is an upbeat cardio workout set to groovy music that helps to maintain a healthy heart rate, good circulation, and enhance overall energy levels. It relieves stress, depression and anxiety, and gives you a beautiful glow. It is great for all levels and is by far our most popular class!

This is a pre-recorded class that is part of a series – any episode can be booked at any time. Each episode is a different class. To book, select the date below that you would like to schedule it. After booking, we will send you an access link and code on the scheduled date.

Vickie Aigner

Vickie Aigner is the Creator and Founder of Alive, Fit & Free. Vickie has been a passionate health advocate her whole life. She is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Life Coach and Master Trainer, and certified Naam 5 instructor. She is currently pursuing her 200 hr yoga teacher training. Vickie is known for her never-ending energy and positive attitude and her classes are always filled with energy, great music, and a fun vibe. She gets to know all of her students and gives them encouragement and motivation to grow on their wellness journey.
